Team leadership
Interim Frontend Team Lead for strong development teams
A strong frontend team doesn’t appear on its own. It takes technical direction, clear agreements and someone who helps people grow — without losing sight of delivery.
As an interim frontend team lead I bring that direction and calm. I coach developers, guard technical standards and make collaboration and delivery predictable. With experience leading international teams, I know how to get a group of developers performing as one team.
What I focus on
Team leadership
A clear point of contact who gives direction and makes the calls.
Coaching & mentoring
Targeted guidance that helps developers genuinely grow.
Technical standards
Clear standards and reviews that guard quality on every change.
International teams
Experience leading teams across time zones and cultures.
Collaboration
Better alignment within the team and with surrounding stakeholders.
Predictable delivery
Refinement, planning and focus that make delivery predictable.
Architecture governance
Guarding architecture choices so the team keeps building consistently.
AI-assisted workflow
Adopting AI in the team without losing quality and consistency.
The results
- A team with clear technical direction.
- Better collaboration and less friction.
- Higher, more consistent code quality.
- More predictable delivery.
- Developers who visibly grow.
- A stronger, more self-reliant team that holds up after I leave.
Relevant experience
At Media.Monks I grew into the role of Global Frontend Director over 15 years and led international frontend teams. Among other things I led the team behind a high-security communication platform for a government organization, where I was both technical lead and Scrum Master.
My approach is personal but results-driven: I put team members’ interests first, give constructive feedback and keep quality and delivery sharp at the same time.
